We agree on the deliverables, cost, timeline, and acceptance criteria before implementation. Where the approach needs proving, we scope a prototype and test it against your actual workflow.

Build and handover
You own the project code and configuration delivered under the agreement. The scope covers documentation, access, monitoring, and how to disable or recover the system.

Support with a purpose
Ongoing work is a separate written agreement. We define what is covered, how changes are handled, and how to hand operations to your team.
